Shatadi fragrances strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers, however if you wish to exchange your product please go through our exchange policy.
We DO NOT do refunds but can exchange the product for you if the following conditions are met.
- Exchange should be done within 7days of purchase of the product
- The product must be in it’s original condition
- Invoice must be produced at the time of exchange
For courier customers.
- You must return the product within 7days of the being delivered
- All the returns must be well packed and be well protected to avoid damage in transit
- Any product received in damaged condition will not be accepted for an exchange
- The Courier charges to and from will have to be paid by the customer for the exchange
- A copy of the invoice should be send along with the product to exchange
PLEASE NOTE:
- No exchanges are allowed on 10mls
Shatadi fragrances has the rights to refuse and exchange if the above conditions are not adhered to and will use it's own discretion to approve the exchange.
